Mushroom & Sausage Frittata

Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Serve warm or cold.



Ingredients:

  • 2 Mild Italian Sausage Links, casing removed

  • 1/2 carton Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/2 block Cheddar Gruyere Cheese, grated

  • 8 Goldhen Cage Free Large Eggs

  • 1/2 C Friendly Farms Heavy Whipping Cream

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1 T Priano Extra Virgin Olive Oil




Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Sautee mushrooms and sausage in a nonstick, oven-safe pan until cooked through

  3. Whisk eggs with heavy cream and season with salt and pepper

  4. Drizzle olive oil once around the pan with sausage and mushrooms, then add eggs and quickly stir

  5. Bake 12-15 minutes or until just firm
