Mussels over Angel Hair "Pasta"



I ADORE mussels. While skeptical at first, I am now officially IN LOVE with Aldi's frozen, pre-seasoned mussels. The Specially Selected Mussels in Tomato and Garlic Sauce flavor is my favorite. Served over Hearts of Palm Angel Hair Pasta, with a handful of wilted spinach, and some crusty bread, these mussels make a complete meal.



Ingredients:

1 pkg Specially Selected Mussels in Tomato and Garlic Sauce

1 pkg Simply Nature Hearts of Palm Angel Hair Pasta

Olive oil

Salt

Handful of Little Salad Bar Flatleaf Spinach

Turano Pane Panini Bread, air fried with butter


Recipe:

  • Prepare your toast in an air fryer or oven at 400 degrees.

  • Sautee the angel hair in olive oil until just tender

  • Add frozen mussels and cover (follow directions on the back of the box for timing)

  • As soon as the mussels open and are warmed, toss in your spinach. Stir together.

  • Serve in a giant bowl with toast for dipping :-)
