Taco Chips

There are plenty of great bagged tortilla chips out there, but these win the prize when served warm with a fresh sprinkle of salt. Make them with only 3 ingredients...all found at ALDI!


Ingredients:

  • Pueblo Lindo Yellow Corn Tortillas

  • Carlini Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Stonemill Sea Salt


Recipe

  1. Preheat 1/2" olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.

  2. Prepare a baking rack with paper towel underneath.

  3. Cut tortillas into wedges.

  4. Fry tortilla wedges until golden brown.

  5. Sprinkle fried chips with sea salt.

  6. Enjoy warm!
