There are plenty of great bagged tortilla chips out there, but these win the prize when served warm with a fresh sprinkle of salt. Make them with only 3 ingredients...all found at ALDI!
Ingredients:
Pueblo Lindo Yellow Corn Tortillas
Carlini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Stonemill Sea Salt
Recipe
Preheat 1/2" olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
Prepare a baking rack with paper towel underneath.
Cut tortillas into wedges.
Fry tortilla wedges until golden brown.
Sprinkle fried chips with sea salt.
Enjoy warm!
